So many moms come in experiencing hip and low back discomfort, round ligament tension, pelvic pain, and overall discomfort. Your body is going through one of the most spiritual, physical, and amazing changes it will ever experience, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
We specialize in the Webster Technique, a gentle, low-force specific technique built around our pregnant mamas. It is designed to encourage proper sacral and pelvic movement, ease round ligament pain and tension, promote nervous system regulation, and encourage your baby to be in an optimal position for birth, although we don't “turn your baby.”
As your belly grows, we have specially designed pregnancy pillows with one thing in mind: Mom's comfort! We would be honored to support you and your body through this amazing journey.

As you step into this exciting new season, we're here to support you through recovery, stress management and nervous system regulation, lactation consulting, getting your new addition adjusted and regulated, or simply providing a place to unwind and relax.

Parents! Your child's nervous system is growing, learning, adapting, regulating, and processing information at the fastest rate it ever will in their life. That gives us an amazing opportunity to help support their nervous system and overall development for the rest of their life.
Stress and dysregulation look different in children than they do in adults. Every stage brings unique stressors that can show up as sleep disruption, digestion issues, trouble focusing at school or home, behavioral outbursts, or movement and developmental delays.
The care your child receives at Heart and Hand will be specific to your child and your child alone. No two children are identical, and neither is their care. Our pediatric treatment is gentle and tailored to your child's age and stage of development.

Being an athlete at any level is a lot to navigate. From 6:00 AM lifts to class, film, practice, bus trips and flights, extra work after practice, and recovery, it can take its toll on both the body and the nervous system.
At Heart and Hand, we have numerous tools to help improve your recovery protocol, including adjustments, dry needling, red light therapy, cupping, Graston muscle scraping, and KT taping. Each offers different benefits to help improve recovery and optimize performance on game day.
